Order & Delivery

Order Process:

Our store uses "SF Express - SF Locker or SF Store” delivery

1. When placing an order, please remark the code of the SF Locker or SF Store that needs to be delivered. If the SF Locker or SF Store code is not provided or the individual household address is filled in, the company will not ship the product and will not provide further notice.
2. Customers will receive order notification by email after placing order.
3. Customers will receive an order confirmation email after Hyrax Holdings confirmed the order information.
4. Products will be delivered within 1-3 working days by  famous Global Ltd after confirmation. Customers will receive the shipping email and waybill number.
5. Free delivery is available for a single purchase of HK$350 or above.
6. Single purchase less than HK$350 will be freight collected.
7. If the products were not picked up after the first delivery, Hyrax Holdings will arrange to send them again, and the freight will be borne by the buyer.
8. If the products were still not picked up after the second delivery, the batch of goods will not be sent again, and customers must pick up the products in company address.


SF Locker

-There are more than 300 SF Locker in Hong Kong, all over the outlying islands, Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories, housing estates, shopping malls and industrial buildings, etc. There is always one near you.
-Simple self-pickup service, purchase personal items, highly privacy protected.
-Most of the SF Locker provide 24-hour pickup service.
-Customers only needs to pick up the products with the one-time password notified by the mobile phone text message, and the locker is equipped with a 24-hour closed circuit TV to ensure safety.

Important matters
1. Please be sure to enter your mobile phone number. After the products are delivered to the SF Locker, the SF Express system will send you a pickup SMS as soon as possible, informing you the SF Locker address and the time limit for pickup. If the phone number provided by the customer is a fixed-line phone, the customer service will contact the customer after sending 3 failed SMS.
2. The customer arrives at the designated SF Locker according to the prompts in the SMS sent by the SF Express system, and enters the pickup code in the SMS to pick up the shipment. If the customer loses the pickup code or deletes the SMS, the customer only needs to go through the SF Locker host screen, click "Pickup", and click "Forget Pickup Code", and enter the mobile phone number to get a new verification code. The screen will display the relevant order number after customer enter the verification code. After checking the order number, click the "Pick Up" button and the locker door will be opened. After the pickup, close the locker door to complete.
3. In normal circumstances, the time limit for picking up the products from the SF Locker is 48 hours (starting when the package is placed in the SF Locker). If customers failed to collect the products within 48 hours, SF Express will collect them and return to Hyrax Holdings. After Hyrax Holdings received the products, they will contact the customer and arrange the second delivery which is freight collected. Costumer need to pay the delivery bill at SF Store. The SF Locker support Octopus, O! ePay and WeChatPay.

SF Store

In order to make it easier for you to pick up your purcase, SF Express continues to expand its service network, providing self-pickup services at more than 800 SF stores, service centres, SF Locker and SF service points in Hong Kong.

When customers choose the self-pickup service, they only need to fill in the code and address the targeting SF Store, and able to pick up at the chosen SF Store anytime, anywhere.

After the express is delivered to the designated SF Express Store, SF Express will send a SMS to the costumer.
The costumer can pick up the package after checking the recipient's information at the SF website.
The costumer must pick up the package at the designated location within 3 days from the SMS notification is sent. Overdue package will be collected by SF Express. Customers please call the customer service hotline to reschedule the pickup.
