Here are our delivery guidelines:

Other Area in UK Order over HKD 1000 enjoy free delivery

1) For fresh products, we have a cutoff time every Wednesday at 12:00 PM. Deliveries will be made on Friday.

2) For frozen products, we have a daily cutoff time at 11:00 AM. Deliveries will be made before 12:00 PM the following day from Tuesday to Friday. If you require delivery on Saturday, there will be an additional charge of HKD 100. Please place your order by 9:00 AM on Friday and specify that you need Saturday delivery. We will confirm the arrangement through our company email.

You can place orders for both fresh and frozen products together, but delivery will only be made on Fridays, with the cutoff time on Wednesdays.

We offer delivery to most areas in the UK, excluding the following regions:

• AB31-38, AB41-56, FK17-21, H51-9, KW0-14, PH15-41, PH45-50, TR21-25
• Scottish Islands
• Scottish Highlands - AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-40, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50
• Scottish Islands - HS1-9, IV41-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3

If your delivery address is in any of the above areas, we apologize for the inconvenience, as we are unable to provide delivery services to those locations.
